Developing the IEP
Available eLearning Modules
The Individual Education Plan (IEP) is both a process and a product. The development of the actual plan is but one part of the ongoing process. The process allows a chance to reflect, to share, to communicate with others, and to synthesize information. In many instances, the process alleviates teacher anxiety, as the plan is "owned" by a team - not just the teacher.
We want your input. Our list of topics for this section includes:
- preplanning
- establishing clear goals and objectives
- choosing strategies and resources
- planning transitions
- supporting inclusion
- evaluating the plan
- ongoing monitoring
- reporting
We will also include ICM (Integrated Case Management) and WRAP (stay tuned - this is not food!)
