Strengths and Challenges: A Young Adult Pictures FASD Through Photovoice
Researchers Meridith Burles, Lorraine Holtslander, Sarah Bocking, and Beverley Brenna initiated an individual case study using Photovoice to explore the experiences of one, Canadian, young adult living with FASD. These main themes emerged: recognizing strengths and challenges, seeking independence while maintaining support, reconciling FASD with a desire to fit in, and developing resilience and putting challenges in perspective.
